Funny story...

Last night we gave Mallory a bath here is a funny story of what happened.

Kevin and I try to give Mallory her bath together and tag team. He always gets her undressed while I am getting the water ready. She loves to be naked. Every time you take her diaper off even to change her she loves it. So last night Kevin took off her diaper and I was not ready in the bathroom yet. He was walking around with her for a few minutes and finally I called and said I was ready. He came in and was facing Mallory in the mirror talking to her. As he goes to sit down on the toilet( lid down of course) to lean over to put her in the tub she has been out of her diaper so long she pees on Kev. All he did was freeze like where do I put her in the tub or what. It was so funny we laughed so hard we forgot what we were doing. He had to go change his shorts and shirt to come back and help.

I remember when Brody was first home and I was changing him. I put him on the pack n play changing table and took off his diaper all of a sudden he peed on the wall and all over himself. We had to wash him with wipes because his belly button was still on. It was really funny. Even when you think you are so stressed and trying to do everything right moments like that happen to bring you back to reality.

The daycare yesterday was just ok. I had some issues with it that are superficial. The place was clean and the people were nice. I just dont want to drop Mallory off at this time. So Kevin thinks he can do it. I am off on Mondays so he only will have to do Tuesday thru Friday and if something comes up we think we will be able to figure it out with family and friends. Maybe in the meantime some oprotunity will come up.
