Holiday weekend...

This weekend was a easy going weekend. Friday I got my hair done and then me and Nicki went to a few stores. I also got Mallory's ears pierced. They look so good. There were some teenagers watching and a mother and daughter. I had to hold her on my lap while the girl did it but I of course looked away each time. She didnt cry too much only for about 30 seconds. Then she was fine.

Saturday we went to the zoo with Brody. It was way too hot to be at the zoo. Nicki pregnant and me worrying about Mallory getting sunburn. It was a mess. I dont think we were there more than an hour and didnt even see many animals because they were probably hot too. It was worth getting Brody out of the house though. Later I came back home and hung out here. Sunday was nothing but the grocery store. Boring. Today Kevin came back home from Kentucky hunting. Sorry he didnt kill anything but I am sure he had a great time with his best friend Matt. But 4 hands sure does sound good for the rest of the week.

Hope everyone has a good short work week. I sure do feel sorry for all those kids I will see at the bus stop tomorrow!!
